Basic Usage and -1-
20
Install Doceri for Windows on Laptop / Install Doceri App on iPad
21
At Byng both must be on the 'Doceri' Wireless
22
Open Doceri on Laptop and then on iPad "connect thru computer" (can't do until during training, I will demo)
23
Demo these: Control Laptop (start / stop music), put "transparency" over webpage, open a blank background and start writing
24
25
-2- Make Lessons on iPad alone
26
--Can then export as pdf or just "playback" later in class (or both)
27
--open"from ipad alone"
28
"+" sign at bottom left to create new lesson
29
Write a series of numbers vertically then demo the timeline (drag down at the top)
30
-rewind and show play
31
- add stops after each step
Youtube: USe the timeline
32
- add page after step 3
33
- copy and move step 4 to the top on page 2
34
- adjust speed of playback
35
- close lesson (so we can rename)
36
- touch the green arrows and rename
37
- click to open project again
38
- "share as pdf" (each stop vs each slide) - choose each stop
39

41
42
-3- Record Videos
Youtube: Recording and Sharing
43
2 options
44
- You can just open a new project and then hit "record" button at the top left
45
- Start writing , then hit stop when done
46
47
OR - better option--
48
- Make the full lesson with all drawings, stops, slides...
49
- then use timeline to go back to start
50
- hit record, then do a voice over as you hit the play button to move to the next stops
51
52
When finished with the recording:
53
- You have several choices on what to do and this is a little tricky (but easy)
54
- You have to DRAG the recording you just made over one of the options at the right
55
- I would use the second one with the curved arrow and select "Drive"
56
- It will present options for Drive account and folder, then select "Upload" at the top
57
- Or you can select "upload" first and it will step you through the options--good either way
58
59
Go to computer and open Google Drive
60
- Your file will show in Recents where it is eay to rename and move to another folder if you want
61
- It is also now super easy to add to Google Classroom
62
63
You can also drag the recorded video to the "Youtube" icon to upload to a Youtube account.
64
To see all the recordings, tap record and select "My Recordings"
