The Scholly App is a tool to help students with financial resources and college / career planning. While the app usually costs $4 per month per student, all JOM students will receive access for free.
Graduation / Honor Cord Applications for 2021 – Please encourage your graduating student to apply for tribal recognitions. Recognition varies by tribe. In April 2021, Byng JOM Program will open the Needs Assessment to seek additional input for Fall 2021 planning.
HONOR CLUBS – Many tribes provide Honor Clubs to recognize, identify, and reward high achieving students who are tribal citizens. Students may receive recognition for outstanding academic achievement, successful participation in athletics, arts, and other student organizations, and exemplary citizenship. Parents are responsible for coordinating nominations with a school official and submitting application to their individual tribe's Student Honors Club. For additional information, please CLICK on the following tribal links:
Other tribes not listed above also provide Honor Clubs. As we receive information, we will update the list. Until then, for more information, please contact your tribe directly and ask about student resources, including Honor Clubs.
JOM SCHOOL SUPPLIES: If your child has not received school supplies, please email Carrie Boyd at email@example.com.
